These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the hq1777 platform. Please read them carefully before using any part of this website. By accessing hq1777, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
hq1777's terms are written in plain, clear English. We do not bury critical conditions in technical language. Every Pakistani user should be able to understand what they are agreeing to before they engage with the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. hq1777 operates a strict one-account-per-user policy. Account sharing, credential transfer and fraudulent registration are prohibited without exception.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Terms for each promotion are stated at the time of offer. Pakistani users are encouraged to read bonus terms fully before opting in — PKR thresholds and rollover rules apply.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Section 3
Access to and use of the hq1777 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licensing jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. hq1777 takes age restriction seriously and reserves the right to implement age verification procedures at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and any associated engagement with third-party gaming operators complies with all laws applicable in your country, province or territory of residence. Pakistani users are specifically advised that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. hq1777 does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law of your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not subject to any court order, regulatory restriction or other legal prohibition that would prevent your lawful use of the Platform.
Each user is permitted to maintain a single registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, devices, payment methods or personal details — is strictly prohibited. hq1777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and take such further action as may be appropriate.
Section 4
You are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information at the time of account registration and throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during registration or verification. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
hq1777 and any third-party operators to which you are referred may require you to complete identity verification as a condition of account access, deposit processing or withdrawal approval. For Pakistani users, this typically involves submitting a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and may include a selfie or liveness check. Proof of address may also be required in certain circumstances.
You must only submit KYC documents through the operator's official, secure HTTPS-verified verification portal. You must never submit documents via unsecured messaging applications, social media platforms, or in response to unsolicited contact. You must not alter, obscure, crop or falsify any identity document submitted for verification purposes. Submission of falsified documents may constitute a criminal offence under Pakistani and international law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share account access with any third party. You must notify hq1777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. hq1777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
Section 5
hq1777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent.
Users accessing the Platform must at all times:
hq1777 endeavours to maintain accurate, current and reliable informational content. However, the Platform does not warrant that all content is error-free, complete or up to date at all times. Users should independently verify any information obtained from the Platform before relying on it for any purpose, including decisions relating to online gambling, financial transactions or legal compliance.
Section 6
Payment method availability is determined solely by the third-party operator and is subject to change without notice. Pakistani users may be familiar with payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), card payments and cryptocurrency. These names are referenced for contextual familiarity only — hq1777 makes no representation that any specific method is available in any operator's cashier, or that any payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and may vary by payment method, verification status and applicable jurisdiction. Section 7
Withdrawal requests are subject to: successful completion of KYC verification; compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements; and satisfaction of any operator-specific security or AML review thresholds. All intellectual property rights in the hq1777 Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, content, code, graphics, trademarks, service marks and trade names, are owned by or licensed to hq1777. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of intellectual property rights to any User.
Users may view and access Platform content for personal, non-commercial informational use only. Reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, transmission, display or creation of derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent from hq1777 is strictly prohibited.
Payment brand names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others — are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention on hq1777 is for contextual reference only and does not imply affiliation, endorsement or any commercial relationship.
Section 11
hq1777 provides content for informational and educational purposes only. The Platform does not constitute financial advice, legal advice, gambling advice or any other form of professional advice. Users who act on information provided by hq1777 do so entirely at their own risk.
hq1777 is not responsible for the conduct, terms, technical performance or financial stability of any third-party gaming operator. Any losses, disputes, delays or damages arising from a User's interaction with a third-party operator are solely between the User and that operator. hq1777's maximum aggregate liability to any User under these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by the User directly to hq1777 in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hq1777 excludes all liability for: indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages; loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and any damages arising from reliance on Platform content. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties — in such cases, exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Section 12
hq1777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User's access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where hq1777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or where suspension is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting hq1777 support through the Help Centre or via the contact email provided on the Platform. Closure requests are subject to completion of any outstanding verification, wagering or compliance obligations.
Upon termination of a User account, the User's licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities and governing law — shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Section 13
hq1777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices as a core platform value, not a regulatory checkbox. The following principles apply to all Users and are reflected throughout Platform content.
The Platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licensing jurisdiction. If you are under this age, you must not use the Platform. hq1777 supports measures to prevent underage access and will cooperate with operators and authorities to enforce age restrictions.
Gambling involves financial risk. There is no guaranteed outcome in any form of gambling, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games or virtual sports. Section 14
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed. Where this jurisdiction is not specified, the laws of England and Wales shall apply as a default governing framework for the purposes of dispute interpretation.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be referred in the first instance to hq1777's internal complaints resolution procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the governing licensing regime, if any. Users retain the right to pursue remedies available under applicable consumer law in their jurisdiction.
hq1777 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim endorsement, approval or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution including but not limited to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
Section 15
hq1777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform, unless a specific effective date is stated. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent version.
Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately. We recommend that Users review these Terms periodically to ensure awareness of current obligations.
