hq1777 applies technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. All data transmission is conducted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
hq1777 does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is strictly limited to what is necessary for platform operation, legal compliance and service delivery.
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data. hq1777 supports the exercise of data subject rights and will respond to valid requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal constraints.

Section 1
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out the data processing practices of hq1777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://hq1777.cam. It describes what personal information we collect from users ("you", "your") when you access or use the Platform, the purposes for which that data is processed, how it is stored and protected, and the rights available to you in relation to your personal data.
hq1777 is an English-language online gaming information and education platform designed primarily for Pakistani users. The Platform provides informational content on sports betting, live casino overviews, payment method guides, KYC guidance and responsible gambling resources. hq1777 does not directly operate casino games or accept player deposits. Where the Platform provides references to third-party operators, those operators maintain their own independent privacy policies, and this Policy does not govern their data practices.

When you register for an account, complete verification procedures or contact our support team, you may provide the following categories of personal data:
When you access the Platform, we may automatically collect technical and behavioural data including:
In limited circumstances, hq1777 may receive data about you from third-party sources such as identity verification service providers used for KYC purposes, fraud detection partners and analytics aggregators. Any such data is handled in accordance with this Policy and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
Section 4
hq1777 processes personal data only where a lawful basis for doing so exists. Applicable lawful bases include:
| Lawful Basis | Application |

| Legal Obligation | Processing required to comply with applicable laws, including AML obligations, KYC regulatory requirements and law enforcement requests. |

Section 5
Personal data collected by hq1777 is used for the following purposes:
Section 6
hq1777 may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in platform operation — including KYC verification providers, cloud infrastructure partners, analytics platforms and customer support technology vendors. These providers act as Data Processors under written agreements that restrict their use of data to the purposes for which it was shared.
hq1777 may disclose personal data to government authorities, law enforcement agencies, courts or regulatory bodies where required to do so by applicable law, court order or legitimate regulatory demand. We will, where legally permitted, notify affected users of such disclosure requests.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets involving hq1777, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Users will be notified of any such transfer that materially affects the processing of their personal data, and this Policy will be updated accordingly.
hq1777 references Pakistani payment brands — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — in informational content for contextual familiarity only. hq1777 does not share personal data with these payment providers as part of its own data processing. Any data shared with a payment provider occurs solely in the context of a transaction between the User and a third-party operator, governed by that operator's and the payment provider's own privacy terms.
Section 7

On expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents reconstruction or re-identification.
Section 9
hq1777 implements appropriate technical security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration or disclosure. These measures include transport layer encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit, hashed storage of user passwords, access controls restricting data access to authorised personnel only, and regular security review of platform infrastructure.
Access to personal data is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Personnel with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations. hq1777 maintains internal data handling procedures and reviews security practices regularly.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, hq1777 will notify affected users and relevant supervisory authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements and without undue delay. Users are encouraged to report suspected security incidents to the hq1777 support team promptly.
Section 10
hq1777 operates internationally and may process or store personal data in countries other than your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred to countries that do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to the standards applicable in your jurisdiction, hq1777 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent data transfer mechanisms — to protect your data in transit and at rest.
Pakistani users should be aware that Pakistan's data protection landscape continues to evolve. The Personal Data Protection Bill and related regulatory developments may affect how personal data of Pakistani nationals is processed and what rights are available. hq1777 monitors relevant legislative developments and updates its practices accordingly.
Section 11
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by hq1777. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the details in Section 16.
You may request a copy of the personal data hq1777 holds about you, along with information about how it is processed.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you. You may also update certain details directly through your account settings.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations.
You may request that hq1777 restricts processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example while the accuracy of data is disputed.
Where processing is based on consent or contract, you may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling for direct marketing. Upon receipt of a valid objection, hq1777 will cease the relevant processing unless compelling legitimate grounds override your interests.
hq1777 aims to respond to all valid data rights requests within 30 days. In complex cases, this period may be extended by up to a further 60 days, with notification provided. Certain rights may be limited where legal retention obligations, fraud prevention requirements or other overriding legal interests apply.
Section 12
hq1777 is strictly an adults-only platform. The Platform is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 18, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licensing jurisdiction. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided personal data to hq1777 without consent, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 16. Any personal data found to have been collected from a minor will be deleted promptly.
Section 13
The hq1777 Platform may contain informational references to third-party gaming operators, payment service providers and other external entities. hq1777 does not control the data practices of these third parties. Any personal data you provide to a third-party operator or payment provider is subject to that party's own privacy policy, over which hq1777 has no oversight or responsibility.
hq1777 strongly recommends that you review the privacy policies of any third-party operator before registering, depositing or providing personal information. Payment brand names mentioned on hq1777 — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for contextual purposes only. hq1777 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a data-sharing partner of any of these providers in connection with online gaming.
Section 14
Pakistan's data protection legislative framework is evolving. The Personal Data Protection Bill, if enacted, would establish formal rights for Pakistani data subjects and obligations for data controllers operating in or in relation to Pakistan. hq1777 applies internationally recognised data protection principles — including lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation and integrity — regardless of the specific formal legal requirement in any given jurisdiction.
hq1777 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim endorsement, approval or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. References to Pakistani payment brands and financial institutions are for contextual information purposes only.
Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This Privacy Policy does not address the legality of online gambling for Pakistani users — that is a separate legal question on which hq1777 does not provide advice. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Section 15
hq1777 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law or platform functionality. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you should cease using the Platform and may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with Section 11.
Section 16
